Important Note
Pricing is based on standard 12×12 tile in average condition.
- Smaller tiles (8×8, 6×6, mosaic, etc.) have more grout lines and will be quoted higher.
- Heavily soiled floors or those requiring extra passes may incur a small additional charge.
- Final price is always confirmed after an on-site assessment.
Travel fee may apply outside Parksville / Qualicum Beach.
